Biography:
Dr. Faiqa Mubashar has been working as a doctor within the Health Service Executive (HSE) since 2024 and is currently practising medicine at St. Luke’s General Hospital, Kilkenny. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Leadership through the HSE and has completed the written components of both Part 1 and Part 2 of the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of Ireland (MRCPI) examinations. Her professional interests include endocrine medicine, quality improvement, clinical audit, and evidence-based practice. She is particularly interested in the integration of artificial intelligence into clinical care to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery through innovation and collaboration.

Dr. Faiqa Mubashar’s research interests include endocrine medicine, evidence-based clinical practice, healthcare leadership and the integration of artificial intelligence into modern healthcare systems. She is particularly interested in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audit methodologies and innovative approaches to enhancing patient outcomes through data-driven and technology-supported healthcare delivery. Her academic and professional focus also extends to improving healthcare efficiency, patient safety, interdisciplinary collaboration and the application of AI-driven solutions in clinical decision-making and personalized patient care.
