Biography:
Neharika Narayanan is a trust‑grade FY1 doctor working at Pilgrim Hospital, Lincolnshire. She graduated from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in 2022 and has developed strong interests in medical education, research engagement, and quality improvement. She has presented a poster at the SfE BES conference in 2026 and looks forward to expanding her academic portfolio through further research and publication opportunities.

Neharika Narayanan’s research interests focus on clinical medicine with an emphasis on endocrinology, quality improvement and medical education.
