Abstract Title: Human Engineer Factory - A Systems Engineering Method for Metabolic Cycle Tracing, Leverage Point Identification and Precision Intervention
Biography:
Engineer Talal Abdullah studied the Harvard Executive Program in Health Care Quality and is a student of homeopathy at the School Of Homeopathy. He reversed his own Graves' disease and pre-diabetes using the method he created. He is an engineer, an investor and a systems diagnostician. He has published extensively on his blog covering topics such as magnesium deficiency, insulin resistance, heart rate recovery and the limitations of standard blood testing. He is the founder of Human Engineer Factory.
Research Interest:
Research interests include integrative and preventive approaches to metabolic and endocrine health, with a particular focus on insulin resistance, pre-diabetes and thyroid disorders such as Graves’ disease. His work explores the role of micronutrient deficiencies especially magnesium in chronic disease development and recovery, as well as the application of systems diagnostics to understand complex physiological interactions. He is also interested in heart rate recovery as a marker of cardiovascular and metabolic health, the limitations of conventional blood testing, and the development of personalized, data-driven health optimization strategies. Additionally, his research extends to combining principles of engineering, functional medicine and homeopathy to design innovative frameworks for disease reversal and long-term wellness.
